At the moment, the data arguing for the usage of DMT as a therapeutic, notably via administration, is slender. The claimed therapeutic results for DMT in combination with harmala MAOIs as in ayahuasca or pharmahuasca (Ott, 1999) is of curiosity but presents a fancy data set that prevents an understanding of the contribution of each part.
